Q: How do I enable this function? I want to use it!
A: First, make sure you're running at least version 5.3.0. Open up MLP and choose Utilities > Submit CAPTCHA Online. That's it! Once a CAPTCHA is encountered, it'll send the image to us, we'll take care of the rest. Once the CAPTCHA image is solved, MLP will continue. Super simple!
Q: How will I know this will work for me?
A: We've been working very hard to create a solution for the #1 annoying issue on MySpace. We've integrated this solution into our program, MyLivePromoter.
Q: What level of MLP do I have to own to use this?
A: You can have any type of level. This includes: Lite, Full, Pro or Advanced versions

Q: I read from one of your users on the support forum that there are hidden charges. Is this true?
A: Absolutely not! There are NO HIDDEN charges. There aren't even RECURRING charges. This user signed up for a recurring purchase over a year ago, didn't know what he had purchased and blamed it on our system. We have since refunded his recurring purchase and cancelled his account.
Q: So I bought the some Credits for the Captcha system....now what? When can i use them and how do I get them?
A: Once you purchase, just log into the MLP program and you will see the credits applied. They show up in the top right corner of the program.
Q: How fast does this go?
A: A typical response time for one CAPTCHA is around 1 second or less. Sometimes it can take more time. Our suggestion is to set your program to Add Friends, Send Comments or Email and leave the computer. Come back in a few hours and your requests will be sent.
