Q: When will MyLivePromoter be available?

A: MyLivePromoter is available now! You can download a free trial version.

Q: I don't have access to my MySpace email anymore. How do I still use MyLivePromoter?

A: If you don't have access to your email that is registered with MySpace (the email you use to log in with), just simply sign up on MyLivePromoter with an email address that you can access. You will receive a confirmation email sent to your working email address. After doing receiving your email confirmation, open up a HELP TICKET and let us know:

  1. the email you reigstered and
  2. the email you want it changed to.

You'll need it changed to the MySpace email address in order to use MLP properly.

Q: I can't log into the HELP CENTER and/or I don't know my username/password to the Support Forum and/or it won't let me log in and/or anything else pertaining to the HELP TICKET/Support Forum?

A: Can't log in? Don't remember? No problem. Just sign up again on the Support Forum. You can sign up as many times as you want. Signing up on the Support Forum IS NOT linked to your regular MyLivePromoter account, so if you forget your pass/username, just sign up again. Please don't ask us for your password or how to log in. We won't respond, just sign up again. You can do it here. Alternatively, if you use Facebook, you can sign in without registering.

Q: I'm a promoter / record label / multi-account band, can I use this for all my accounts?

A: As of right now, you can only use MyLivePromoter with one account. You will have to purchase additional licenses for additional accounts. We do, however, give special discounts for those that are promoting several bands, acts or businesses. Email billing@mylivepromoter.com for further details

Q: Can I cancel my account?

A: No, we do not cancel accounts. If you wish to not use the service, just simply don't log in.

Q: Can I receive a free copy of MyLivePromoter if I put a banner ad for you guys on my site?

A: No. As we are promoting a promotional tool, we intend to use MyLivePromoter as a testament to its purpose.

Q: I've purchased the program, am I supposed to download anything else?

A: Nope! If you've downloaded the trial version and you've paid, then just log in like normal. Remember to constantly check the forums for updates as we are constantly improving upon the program.

Q: Do I get unlimited technical support?

A: Of course! We give technical support via our Support Forum.

Q: What are the minimum system requirements for running MyLivePromoter?

A: MyLivePromoter runs on Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/Vista.

Q: I have a Mac, can it run on a Mac?

A: Yes! It can run on Macintosh! To do this, you will have to download and install VirtualPC. To get it, click here.

Please Note: While several users of MyLivePromoter do run VirtualPC for their macs, we cannot give technical support for third party vendors.

Q: What if I have an Intel Mac?

A: Perfect! Intel Macs can run windows on them. You can download a free copy of BootCamp from apple.com, and put windows on your Mac. From there, you can run MLP.

Q: Are you affiliated with MySpace?

A: No.

Q: Once I buy MyLivePromoter, do I have it to use forever or do I have to keep paying?

A: Once you purchase MLP, it's yours forever. You also get full techical support for as long as you use MLP (hopefully forever :-) )

Q: I signed up with the wrong email address or I would like to change it, but I don't see where to! How can I change it?

A: If you have signed up with MyLivePromoter with a wrong email address or need to change your current one, please go to the Support Forum (www.mylivepromoter.com/support ) and open up a HELP TICKET. Give them the current email address you are using and the email address you'd like to change to. They will quickly change your information for you. MyLivePromoter has the final say whether an email can be changed or not.
